I like the designs of sb furnitures…its great!!but unfortunately we had a bad experience buying it at Waltermart E.Rodriguez QC BRANCH. My husband and i were planning to buy a new sb bed and dining set and we were asking this certain saleslady if we could have some discount since we are going to buy bed and dining set.Instead of responding to our query,she IMPOLITELY replied with “WALANG DISCOUNT YAN.GUSTO NYO SA IBA NALANG KAYO BUMILI.” and she immediately went to the counter.So my husband got so irritated that he followed this saleslady to the counter,he said “you are so rude! we’re just asking if we can avail of the discount but you are so rude!” Instead of apologizing to us,the saleslady to that branch just ignored us as if she didnt hear anything.Before my husband get loses his temper to that so harsh,unethical saleslady,I opted to just leave the place with my husband.We realized that sales people of that said branch dont know the so-called proper CUSTOMER SERVICE.We will never ever get back to that place again.Anyway,we got the rude saleslady’s name,,,she is IRENE GOMEZ.Employees like her should be fired because she is a big SHAME to the company,,especially to SB FURNITURES..Guys don’t try to buy there or they’ll just ruin your day!!beware!!!
