Ayala Land Premier, in partnership with The Spa Wellness in BGC, treated guests to another unique event that mirrors the distinct residential experience that One Serendra offers through the sixth of its “A Cut Above the Rest” series.
Beyond a wine and cheese event, One Serendra event on Sunday is an open house event at can for One Serendra West Tower.
In line with following Bo Concepts style, The ‘Time Out Casual’ style is about keeping lines, simple, furnishing sparse, and drawing personal elements into a minimalist space. The style is industrial and raw with its concrete wall and flooring, the worn out vintage items and the contemporary art. Small wooden items placed around the interior of the glossy white, muted grey tones, brushed steel and polished concrete, help soften up the style’s raw edge.
The new collection will be showcased in two different themes inspired by the design and lifestyle of the ‘70s. All furniture pieces are made of natural materials like wood, leather, and glass; with a range of subtle colors reminiscent of the said era. The leather love seats are one of the key pieces of the collection – plump and comfy with rounded armrest for that homey feel; as well as the round dining table where friends can enjoy their intimate conversations.
Aficionados got a taste of the diverse selection of vintage wines during the fifth series of Ayala Land Premier’s (ALP) A Cut Above the Rest: All in Good Taste – an intimate gathering that gave guests a glimpse of the One Serendra lifestyle.
